Lisa Pawloski, Ph.D.
Lisa Pawloski is a Professor in Nutrition and Food Studies at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. She received her PhD in Bioanthropology from Indiana University in 1999. Most recently she served as Dean of Academic Affairs at the GMU Korea campus in Incheon, Korea and will return as Chair of the Department of Nutrition and Food Studies in Fairfax, Virginia starting Fall 2016. Her research focuses on the nutrition transition, obesity, and biocultural factors which influence diet and nutritional status.
