About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its international medical ministry. The CEO will be responsible for enhancing the overall effectiveness and engagement of the organization, as well as securing the necessary funds to support its strategic plans. This includes a strong focus on philanthropy, fundraising, and donor/partner development, particularly in the United States. The successful candidate will be a transformational leader with a deep commitment to the company's mission and values, a strong communicator, and an authentic relationship builder. Key responsibilities for the CEO include providing leadership and management, creating a culture that fosters the growth of team members, strategic and financial planning, and working closely with the Board of Directors to ensure the organization's growth and adaptation to the changing economic landscape. The ideal CEO for the company will have a demonstrated personal relationship with the values and beliefs of the organization, including a close personal relationship with the Christian faith. They should have a proven track record in executive leadership, experience in managing relationships with a governance board, and a background in cross-cultural settings, with a preference for those with experience in the American non-profit sector. The role requires a leader with exceptional networking, team-building, and strategic planning skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities. A relevant university degree is necessary, and a CFRE designation is an asset. The CEO will be expected to travel internationally and must be capable of leading operational collaboration with the company's American charitable entity.
