Highly experienced Office Manager needed to support our practice.

Qualified candidate must possess the following skills:

• Minimum 1-3 years managing a dental office.
• Minimum two years experience managing large offices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great organizational skills that include a talent for managing "impossible" schedules, keeping the office and team on task, while staying focused on the over-arching priorities
• Compassionate active listener who interacts well with patients through every communication channel
• Proven success in managing team, schedule, & patient flow to meet financial targets for profitability
• Highly experienced using Dentrix or other dental software, CareStack is a plus, Microsoft Office applications including high-level of competency with Excel
• Bookkeeping experience and managing office invoices required.
• Prior management experience in the medical or dental field desired.
• Deep understanding of marketing, Customer support.
