Posting Summary: The Fieldwork Coordinator in Counseling and Clinical Psychology establishes and maintains affiliations between TC and the clinical training sites where students practice, including both mental health and school-based sites.
Job Summary/Basic Function: The Fieldwork Coordinator establishes and maintains affiliations between TC and the clinical training sites where students practice, including both mental health and school-based sites. Manages the process whereby department students select (and are selected by) training sites; monitors fieldwork supervision classes; intervenes when problems occurs with either the student or the site; creates and organizes documentation of engagement with sites; assists with program accreditation needs; and maintains regular contact with CCP programs and the department.
This in-person position requires 4 days per week on campus, and it is a 1-year (12-month) appointment with the possibility of renewal.
CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct supervision of students; management and continuing oversight of student/site matches
- Site affiliation maintenance; site outreach and visits
- Program development (faculty meetings, collaborations with offices at TC, identification of new sites)
- Supervision/observation of fieldwork classes
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications: - LMHC or LCSW
- School-based experience
- Strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications: - Certified NYS school counselor
- Experience managing and organizing large databases of information.
- Experience advising and/or counseling graduate students.
- Experience providing workshops or counseling on topics related to career development and professionalism.
Salary Range: $68000 - $73000
