Job Title:Insurance Broker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Insurance Broker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping clients find and purchase insurance coverage that meets their needs. This role involves assessing clients' insurance needs, recommending appropriate policies, and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Assess clients' insurance needs by gathering and analyzing information about their personal or business risks.
• Recommend and offer insurance products from various providers that best meet clients' needs and budgets.
• Provide clients with detailed information on policy options, coverage terms, and pricing.
• Assist clients in completing insurance applications and ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
• Review and update clients' insurance policies as needed, based on changes in their circumstances or coverage requirements.
• Maintain and build relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and changes in insurance regulations.
• Resolve client issues, such as claims or policy adjustments, by liaising with insurance providers and advocating on their behalf.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field (insurance-related certifications preferred).
• Proven experience as an Insurance Broker or in a similar sales or customer service role within the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients or tasks effectively.
